Jemma Scoble Consulting is leading Indigenous consultation activities for the Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project. The project recently received environmental certification, following a harmonized provincial-federal environmental review process. She is responsible for ensuring legal, regulatory and policy requirements in relation to Indigenous consultation are met and for meaningful involvement of Indigenous groups in all phases of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Indigenous consultation and engagement lead for the project team during its regulatory review process.
• Development and implementation of an Indigenous consultation plan and facilitation of meetings and workshops
• Reporting, tracking & preparation of environmental assessment documents
• Issues management & strategic advice
• Negotiation of benefits agreements
• Indigenous procurement
• Planning and coordination of Indigenous participation project construction and post construction activities
• Indigenous cultural recognition & heritage management planning
